More Milk, Naturally giveaway at (she always loved) larking!

Photobucket

Hello all!

I'm so excited (giddy, really) to announce that Courtney at (she always loved) larking is hosting the very first giveaway for my new e-Book, More Milk, Naturally!

*running man* *moonwalk* *sprinkler* *dougie*

See? Giddy.

This book is the culmination of a year of reading and researching about milk-making - "lactogenic" - foods that support and boost breast milk supply!

Nursing two babies has been a full time job for me this past year, and after I found out that there were foods that would actually increase the quality and quantity of my milk, I became slightly obsessed.

This book is the product of that obsession.

You can read more about it under the More Milk, Naturally eBook page AND by visiting Courtney's blog to enter the giveaway, and for a special discount code!

I would LOVE to get feedback on this project. Please let me know what you think, either by commenting below or by sending me a direct email: thebohomama(at)gmail(dot)com.

Enjoy!

  1. Hi Megan,

I was given your blog and link to your ebook by tiffany.....I actually met you years ago at tiff and ryans house, not sure if you would remember me or not as it was brief. Anyways I had twins a month ago. I already have a two and a half year old, when she was a wee babe i breast fed but did not have a great milk supply and ended up going on medication to increase my supply and I ended up supplimenting with formula. Anyways this time around I really wanted to give twins breast milk as much as possible. I read your ebook and have had a great milk supply thus far. I would say the twins are on 80% breast milk. I feel confident that I would have enough milk to exclusively breast feed if the twins were my only children, but I have a very active little girl as well.
Anyways thank you for writing on this important subject and for all the helpful tips, advice and recipes ( the lactation cookies are delic) I am going to pass the link for your book on to all my expectant mum friends in the future.
    Shannon
