twins: resource list.

Carrying, birthing, and raising two babies is definitely on a level of its own, as any twin mama will tell you.
I hope that this information is a help to other twin mamas and dads out there, too, (although you don't have to be a MoM to benefit from this list) and that you will find the answer to the myriad of questions that come along and aren't answered in your run-of-the-mill baby books.

This will always be a list "in progress", so please email me at meg(dot)kimmelshue@gmail(dot)com if you have a suggestion and I will gladly consider adding it.

Websites are at the top, the book list and local PDX resources are at the bottom, so be sure to scroll all the way down!

"New Baby: How to have a healthy baby in a GAPS family" is a protocol developed by Dr. Natasha Campbell-McBride, and is specifically for babies who have digestive problems, or a family history of ADHD, autism, and other issues that can be exacerbated by leaky gut issues. We used this protocol with the girls because it was standard procedure in our hospital NICU to administer antibiotics in the case of premature delivery for unknown reasons.
